Luminous straw yellow on the appearance, the intense and emphatic nose of the 90C Chardonnay initially offers impressions of wisteria blossoms, which gradually yield to fruity notes of apple and pear.
Dry and well-balanced on the palate, there is an impressive echo of the aromas encountered on the nose as well as the palate. The grapes were harvested by hand during the last weeks of August and he first week of September. The grapes are gently and slowly pressed in a 36-hour cold settling at approximately 14°C/57°F to extract and preserve the varietal aromas that characterize the Chardonnay grape.
Its sensory qualities, the fragrant nose of flowers and orchard fruits, as well as the balanced and refreshing acidity on the palate, make it the ideal accompaniment to antipasti and first courses of fish.
